Exceptional Gaming, is expanding its C-level management and bringing on another high-calibre manager.

As COO, Ben Holz aka Spyx will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Exceptional Gaming as a company – and esports as an industry – by leading sales, marketing, communications, human resources and culture. He has more than 5 years of management experience in the digital economy, specialising in sales, digital education and business development. Previously, Spyx held a senior position at Aight formerly LootBoy eSport. He is also a passionate advocate of mindful leadership and always promotes a people-centred approach to his work.
